Dreamwork

Individual Sessions:

Dream exploration, analysis, and experiential practices and play to uncover deep meanings for the dreamer. We will invite creative expression as well as alternative ways to explore dream meanings, which may include imaginal or concrete ways of extending dreamwork into waking life. We will look at personal, collective, and archetypal meanings to your dreams.

Group sessions:

There is great power in processing dreams in the context of group and community. We will collaboratively support the dreamer to explore layers of meaning from their dream symbols and imagery. We will invite experiential exploration and excavation of the dream. We invite open-ended questions for the dreamer to consider all aspects of his or her dream.

Shamanic Journeys
& Soul Retrievals

Offering individual and group shamanic journeys. This is a process of guided imagery, breathwork, and the beat of the drum to access the theta waves of your brain to take you into a dream-like state of imagery and creativity where supports, guides, and meaningful messages come through.

In addition to receiving support and inviting in your spirit guide for these healing journeys, there is a possibility to re-integrate parts of yourself that may have been splintered off by trauma. These journeys are called soul retrievals. If young parts of yourself have been cut off through wounding or trauma, there is an opportunity to reconnect and heal these aspects of yourself via journeying.

Brainspotting

Brainspotting is a powerful in-vivo neuro-experiential model of treatment that accesses the deepest regions of the brain where people store their traumatic experiences. This access to mid-brain and the brainstem allows deep transformation to occur. It works by identifying, processing, and releasing the core neurophysiological sources of trauma. The symptoms of unprocessed trauma include emotional and body pain, dissociation, anxiety, insomnia, flashbacks, numbing, addiction, disconnection, and other challenging symptoms. These symptoms are notoriously difficult to eliminate through talk therapy. Verbal engagement does not reach the deep regions of the brain (and body) where the traumatic experiences are held, so they cannot heal. The brain becomes overwhelmed and is unable to process verbal information about these traumatic events. This sounds complex yet is a very simple and deep experiential process of healing.
